The Sadowski Orthodontics Share the Care Program is our way of saying thank you for the compliment you give us with the referral of your friends. Your confidence in our office is greatly appreciated.

Distribute Share the Care cards to your friends, and for each one that starts treatment with us, you will receive $100!

The following rules apply.

• Referral bonuses are only awarded for referring new patients.
• Referred patients must present the card at the initial consultation examination.
• Thank you rewards will be awarded as credit for those with active accounts and cashable checks for those with completed accounts.
• This program excludes family members living in the same household.
• There is no limit. The more referrals you make, the more rewards you will receive!
